Description

Performs oversight, monitoring and compliance with CMS Core measures and FMEA’s. Analyze data and provide feedback to Director. Assist Nursing leadership in developing tools to measure compliance (audit tool design, plan educate, collaborate implementation) evaluation and follow-up. Serve as a resource for Nursing leadership and staff, and Medical Staff as needed.
