Senior Project Manager — Commercial Construction

What you'll do

• Lead projects through preconstruction, buyout, execution, and closeout
• manage budgets, forecasts, cost-to-complete, billings, cash flow, and margin
• develop and maintain master schedules and recovery plans
• serve as senior contact for owners, architects, and design teams
• lead competitive bidding and subcontract awards
• negotiate and administer contracts
• manage change orders
• establish project controls and reporting
• prepare LEED project documentation
• lead meetings
• mitigate risks
• develop project managers, assistant project managers, and project engineers
• partner with superintendents on safety, quality, and schedule
• support pursuits and client presentations.
