What you'll do

• Deploy with customers globally to support software integration and development
• become an expert user of the Hivemind software stack and autonomy modules
• provide customer technical support and training
• develop AI and autonomy applications using the enterprise SDK
• assist with presales demonstrations and post-sales integration
• maintain technical documentation and training materials
• debug software and API integration issues
• collaborate with product engineering on customer feedback.
