Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager role is onsite in Cleveland, TN, with compensation of $21 per hour. The assistant general manager supports overall restaurant operations and partners with the General Manager and Area Leader on action plans, financial results, and team development. The role helps maintain food, service, and cleanliness standards while supporting guest experience and restaurant performance.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing
• uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• oversee inventory, supply ordering, and cost control
• train, coach, and provide feedback to team members
• support scheduling and staffing
• address team issues
• respond to customer concerns
• support sales tracking, cash handling, budgets, financial reports, food safety, operational records, and action plans.
