This work helps keep the community’s shared spaces presentable and supports residents and the maintenance and office teams.

What you'll do

• Clean hallways, lobbies, breezeways, recreational spaces, and other common areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces.
• Collect and dispose of trash, pick up outdoor litter, blow debris, water plants, and maintain walkways.
• Assist with light maintenance such as changing bulbs and replacing air filters, and report repairs.
• Offer courteous resident assistance, monitor for hazards or security concerns, and follow company policies and safety guidelines.
