Content Restoration Technician

Job overview

The Content Restoration Technician role is onsite in Williamsport, PA, with driving to job sites and transporting items. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. The technician supports FRSTeam by CRP’s contents restoration work for customers. The role handles personal contents carefully through collection, documentation, cleaning, processing, storage, and return delivery. It contributes to customer service by maintaining accurate records and communicating professionally throughout the restoration process.

What you'll do

• Drive a company vehicle to job sites to collect textiles, electronics, and other personal contents
• inventory, document, and label items using company systems
• obtain customer signatures and complete paperwork
• communicate with homeowners, contractors, and insurance representatives
• load, transport, and unload items
• assist with cleaning, processing, and storage
• deliver restored items
• maintain job notes, photos, and updates
• follow safety and quality standards.
