What you'll do

• Define and execute North America commercial strategy
• translate group objectives into regional sales and marketing plans
• oversee regional P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital
• drive revenue growth and market development
• lead Sales and Marketing teams
• coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Veterinary, Digital, and global functions
• manage commercial governance and risks.
