What you'll do

• Prepare meals from planned menus and standardized recipes
• accommodate dietary needs and therapeutic diets
• maintain food temperatures, quality, and presentation
• follow food safety, sanitation, and infection-control guidelines
• assist with preparation, serving, and cleanup
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• monitor inventory and store supplies
• collaborate with the Dietary Manager and healthcare team.
