What you'll do

• Plan and implement rehabilitation program services
• design mental health, harm-reduction, prevention, and recovery activities
• conduct structured group and individual activities
• provide consultation to staff
• document services and clinical records
• participate in treatment planning and deliver interventions
• provide case management, supportive counseling, symptom-management support, and family education
• assess client needs
• coordinate treatment teams and resources
• provide crisis intervention when assigned, including nighttime and weekend coverage
• assist clients with qualifying entitlements.
