What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers, donors, and clients
• sign in volunteers and community service workers
• answer calls
• keep sales areas clean and organized
• maintain merchandise displays and shelves
• monitor stock
• return unpriced merchandise for processing
• perform cashier duties when assigned
• sort donations, remove trash, price sellable items, and place merchandise on the sales floor
• assist with carry-outs
• oversee warehouse tasks assigned to volunteers
• and support closing and donation procedures.
