What you'll do

• Structure and execute equity financings
• manage IPOs and follow-on offerings, including drafting registration statements, underwriting agreements, and disclosures
• advise public and private companies on M&A
• counsel on SEC compliance and periodic reporting
• handle corporate governance matters
• support pre-IPO and post-IPO compliance
• manage deal components and client relationships.
