What you'll do

• Assist with daily branch operations and provide leadership with the Branch Manager and management team
• help train and supervise staff and meet established goals
• develop business and deepen member relationships
• coach and motivate staff
• resolve escalated member issues within authorization
• educate members on products and services
• train staff on policy and procedure updates and support compliance
• review and process loan applications
• explain loan policies, evaluate and approve loans, and provide prompt professional service.
