Program Manager III

Job overview

The Program Manager III role is onsite in Arlington, VA; occasional Government-approved telework may be permitted, but remote work is not authorized. Compensation is $100,000–$200,000 per year. The role supports National Guard Bureau technical and staff services for joint education, staff training, and leadership development initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee contract operations, personnel, and deliverables
• serve as the primary contractor management contact for Government representatives, including the COR
• coordinate training, education, curriculum, and leadership development support
• maintain processes aligned with Government SOPs
• oversee schedules, milestones, and reporting
• monitor performance and risks
• support training evaluations and continuous improvement
• coordinate with National Guard Bureau and Department of Defense stakeholders
• ensure compliance with applicable policies and security requirements
• and report program status to Government leadership.
