Caregiver / Direct Support Professional

The Caregiver / Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Nampa, ID. Pay is $16–$17 per hour. The caregiver helps create a safe and supportive home while assisting people with daily living, encouraging independence and life skills, and communicating with the team about activities and progress.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, meals, and medication assistance
• provide companionship and emotional support
• help individuals build independence and everyday life skills
• participate in community outings, appointments, and recreational activities
• maintain a safe, clean, comfortable home
• and document daily activities and communicate with the team. CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification are required during onboarding.
