The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in New Bedford, MA, supporting Elwyn’s Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT). Compensation is not specified. The RN provides nursing, medication, and community-based support as part of a multidisciplinary team serving PACT clients. The role contributes to individualized recovery plans, health coordination, crisis response, and clients’ ability to live in the community. The posting includes nighttime and weekend on-call crisis intervention.

What you'll do

• Assess and educate clients on medical needs
• coordinate community health care
• administer and track medications
• collaborate on treatment and medication policies
• coordinate client services and community service plans
• provide evidence-based therapy and crisis de-escalation
• document client progress
• provide on-call crisis intervention during nighttime and weekend hours.

Why this role
