Bar Manager and Lead Bartender

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, recruit, train, and schedule bartenders and a barback
• oversee indoor and outdoor bar operations
• manage beverage inventory, ordering, rotation, and vendor relationships
• monitor costs, waste, profitability, and labor efficiency
• maintain records and reporting
• develop cocktails, seasonal menus, and specials
• collaborate on promotions and events
• handle guest concerns.
