Regional MDS Coordinator

What you'll do

• Provide training on QI/PPS/Medicaid reimbursement
• review medical records, MDS, QI, and PPS for accuracy
• complete nursing portions of ADRs as indicated
• review resident charts and status reports for changes affecting care levels and reimbursement
• review state reviewer changes and submit supporting documentation when needed
• train nursing and business office staff
• and provide written reports and follow up on recommended changes.
