The Ski School Support Staff role is onsite in South Lake Tahoe, CA. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour. The role supports Vail Resorts’ ski and snowboard school operations outside of instruction. The staff member assists with children’s programming, equipment, guest check-in and lesson scanning, and lesson-area lift operations. The work helps instructors and supervisors manage young children and supports a safe, organized guest experience.

What you'll do

• Help determine children’s ski or snowboard boot sizes and set equipment.
• Scan students to confirm tickets and lessons.
• Answer guest questions about drop-off, pickup, purchases, and lesson expectations.
• Work with instructors and supervisors with children ages 3–6 in the beginner area.
• Assist children with the magic carpet and monitor or operate it.
• Support children indoors when needed, set up the lunch area, and help clean the kitchen after lunch.
