What you'll do

• Reinforce food-handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards
• train, coach, and review culinary staff
• participate in interviewing, training, scheduling, and motivating staff
• collaborate with stewarding teams
• develop menus with executive chefs and food-and-beverage teams
• maintain recipes and plate-presentation sheets
• coordinate guest dietary needs
• requisition supplies
• manage food inventory and costs
• manage labor costs through scheduling.
