What you'll do

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings, prepare lease and move-in documents, and support move-ins
• inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate outstanding maintenance
• monitor market and competitor conditions and implement marketing plans
• drive community traffic through referral, employer outreach, and online marketing
• maintain leasing and resident data in property management software
• inspect and maintain show-quality areas
• follow up with prospects and residents
• support lease renewals
• respond to resident and owner concerns.
