What you'll do

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market products.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
