IT Support Specialist — Hybrid, Chicago

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• manage vendor tickets and projects with the IT manager
• respond to and document helpdesk tickets
• install and configure equipment and software
• repair, replace, or escalate faulty equipment
• maintain IT asset inventory
• prepare computers and phones for employees
• track equipment check-in and check-out
• monitor spare equipment
• assist with networking hardware projects
• coordinate with external IT providers
• support technology improvements, policies, and security processes
• compile materials for SOC 2 and other cybersecurity assessments
• assist with occasional discovery projects
• maintain firm and client confidentiality.
