Job overview

What you'll do

• Repair ceiling tiles, wallboards, millwork, flooring, wallpaper, and restroom fixtures
• address water or cosmetic damage with minor drywall repairs and painting
• complete minor exterior concrete and masonry repairs
• perform electrical and plumbing repairs
• operate vehicles and field automation systems
• collaborate with the team
• explain job specifications and address complaints
• maintain trucks and warehouse organization
• assist with quality control and inspections
• interpret construction drawings and specifications.
