The Sanitation Supervisor - 3rd Shift is an onsite role based in Marshall, MO. The annual salary range is $64,000 - $95,000. This role leads plant sanitation operations at a Conagra manufacturing facility. The role exists to oversee sanitation programs, procedures, and team members to ensure equipment, processing areas, and facilities meet food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. The supervisor drives continuous improvement and supports a culture of food safety.

What you'll do

• Lead, train, coach, and monitor the plant sanitation team to ensure safe and effective sanitation practices.
• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and periodic facility cleaning and sanitation activities.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Master Cleaning Schedule, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures, Plant Improvement Plan, and environmental monitoring program.
• Partner with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.
• Conduct routine sanitation inspections, audits, and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with food safety programs, Good Manufacturing Practices, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point requirements.
• Support the implementation and validation of Clean In Place and Clean Out Place systems.
