What you'll do
- Cut, trim, peel, and clean lettuce or other produce.
- Perform packaging duties.
- Maintain a steady workflow on the production line.
- Handle produce in cold, wet conditions.
- Follow GMPs, food safety standards, and plant procedures.
- Use knives, peelers, or other tools safely.
- Lift up to 35 lbs.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
