What you'll do

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• maintain the general ledger and GAAP compliance
• prepare financial reports and variance analyses
• support audits and regulatory compliance
• assist with Medicare and Medicaid cost reports
• lead budgeting and forecasting
• advise leadership on financial performance
• manage and mentor the accounting team
• improve accounting processes.

Why this role
