Preconstruction Manager

What you'll do

• Collaborate with business unit leaders and project executives to identify and pursue opportunities
• lead project scope and proposal development
• create conceptual estimates and trade scopes
• review scopes with subcontractors and participate in selection
• present estimates to clients and owners
• review schedules and documents for value engineering
• train and mentor junior estimating staff
• maintain subcontractor and vendor lists and historical unit-pricing data
• assist with contract negotiations, change orders, and general conditions.
