What you'll do

• Answer prospective residents’ questions, qualify prospects, and present property features

• maintain lease files and paperwork in computer systems
• complete marketing and advertising tasks
• develop knowledge of communities and surrounding areas. The role requires an active local state real estate license and a driver’s license
• occasional travel may occur.
