What you'll do

• Assist with selecting and hiring kitchen staff
• train, develop, coach, and review team members
• maintain staffing levels and training standards. Manage food preparation, line checks, food handling, cleanliness, and health inspection standards. Forecast sales and product needs, manage ordering, inventory, invoices, labor, food costs, and waste, and maintain kitchen equipment and assets.
