What you'll do

• Check chemical levels for the dish machine and three-compartment sinks
• clean and sanitize sanitizer buckets daily
• keep mops, brooms, and other cleaning equipment in good condition and report replacement needs
• remove trash, clean bins, and replace liners
• and clean and sanitize the work area before and after the shift.
