Restoration Construction Estimator

Job overview

The Restoration Construction Estimator role is onsite in Puyallup, WA, with a base salary of $70,000–$80,000 per year plus commission of 1–5% of net sale profits on managed projects. Next Level Contracting LLC, the reconstruction division of SERVPRO Team Friermuth, restores property and supports customers rebuilding after damage. The estimator develops accurate scopes and estimates and manages the work needed to obtain, bid, and price reconstruction projects. Clear communication and complete, timely estimates support customers, insurers, and project stakeholders through the reconstruction process.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain customer relationships during estimating
• develop scopes of work and detailed Xactimate estimates
• communicate with homeowners, insurance carriers, and stakeholders
• identify project constraints, upgrades, and reconstruction opportunities
• coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and specialty vendors
• deliver complete, organized, timely estimates.

Why this role

Restoration construction estimating experience and Xactimate proficiency are required. The role works 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week; a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record are required.
