Student Coordinator – Student Ministry

Compensation is not specified. The Student Coordinator – Student Ministry role is onsite in Frisco, TX, and is a 40-hour-per-week position. The role supports Preston Trail Student Ministry (PTSM), helping students in grades 6–12 find and follow Jesus Christ. The role exists to help disciple students through small-group leadership, biblical teaching, spiritual guidance, and ministry experiences. It also develops ministry leadership through mentorship and collaboration with the Student Pastor and Next Gen team.

What you'll do

• Assist with recruiting, scheduling, shepherding, and developing volunteers
• build relationships with students and leaders
• teach biblical lessons and help prepare teaching content
• support Sunday services, events, camps, and mission trips
• help manage student social media and capture ministry stories
• participate in weekly mentorship and training.
