What you'll do

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
• troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, accounts, printers, and workstations
• deploy and maintain devices
• manage user accounts, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding
• support Microsoft 365, email, healthcare technology, phones, and peripherals
• maintain equipment and software inventories
• coordinate vendors and repairs
• assist with cybersecurity and HIPAA practices
• document procedures and track requests through resolution
• support technology projects and onsite locations.
