What you'll do

• Manage daily reservations, calls, emails, and online inquiries
• use SevenRooms and other reservation platforms
• handle VIP reservations, special requests, celebrations, large parties, and guest preferences
• maintain guest profiles and reservation notes
• monitor availability, waitlists, cancellations, and changes
• coordinate with restaurant, host, and culinary teams
• follow reservation, deposit, cancellation, payment, and no-show policies
• support reservation briefings and communicate VIP arrivals
• assist with service recovery and reservation concerns.
