Registered Nurse, Day and Night Shifts

What you'll do

• Practice within the scope set by the State Board of Nursing
• administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• follow HCF policies and procedures and meet registered nurse competencies
• supervise and evaluate personnel and may suspend personnel according to HCF policy
• document care accurately
• assist with and follow resident care plans
• observe, assess, and report abnormal findings, incidents, suspected abuse or neglect, unsafe conditions, and significant changes in condition
• follow infection-control and safety practices.
