Assistant Property Manager

What you'll do

• Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents with leasing
• explain amenities, rental requirements, and affordable housing qualifications
• process applications and documentation
• follow up on leads
• support resident retention and communications
• assist with LIHTC and affordable housing compliance, certifications, recertifications, file audits, reporting, and inspections
• coordinate with maintenance
• assist with rent collection and notices
• maintain records and community standards.
