What you'll do

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
• conduct psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• deliver evidence-based interventions
• coordinate care with primary care providers and medical staff
• participate in case conferences
• educate patients and families
• maintain electronic health records
• monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
• provide crisis intervention and referrals when appropriate
• comply with HIPAA, state regulations, and clinic policies.
