What you'll do

• Lead and manage the CPCU nursing team, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development
• coordinate workflow with cardiology providers, surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and other departments
• oversee evidence-based nursing care and hospital protocol adherence
• monitor clinical outcomes, patient safety, and care quality
• assist in complex cardiovascular procedures as needed
• manage CVOR staff assignments, inventory, and equipment readiness
• collaborate on budgets and resource allocation
• implement quality improvement initiatives, policies, procedures, and protocols
• ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
