Service Receptionist

What you'll do

• Greet service customers and guide them through visits
• direct guests to the appropriate department or team member
• answer and route calls or take messages
• assist with service appointment scheduling and calendar management
• help with loaner vehicles and drive customer vehicles as needed
• maintain the café area and prepare light refreshments
• support dealership operations.
