The HVAC Production Quality & Lean Practices Specialist is an onsite role in Mesquite, TX, with an annual salary of $65,000–$85,000. The role supports TMI Climate Solutions, which designs and manufactures custom HVAC solutions and is advancing quality and continuous improvement at its growing U.S. operation. This specialist strengthens product and process quality by inspecting materials and production, resolving nonconformities, maintaining quality documentation, and leading or supporting Lean initiatives. The work also builds team capability and coordinates improvements across departments and with corporate partners.

What you'll do

• Inspect incoming materials, purchased components, work-in-process, and finished units
• monitor quality and drive root-cause and corrective actions
• track and analyze quality KPIs and trends
• maintain QA programs and controlled documents
• update work instructions and production procedures
• lead or support 5S, value stream mapping, Kaizen, and waste reduction
• train teams
• participate in audits
• support metrology and supplier quality.
