The Women’s Competitive Gymnastics Head Coach role is onsite in Pinehurst, NC. Compensation is $21–$28 per hour. Sandhills Gymnastics Academy is seeking a coach to lead and grow its competitive program. The coach develops athletes’ skills and confidence and prepares the team for competition, while coordinating with assistant coaches and promoting a positive, disciplined team culture.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the women’s competitive gymnastics team
• plan and conduct practices
• develop athletes’ skills, strength, technique, and confidence
• prepare athletes for competitions and attend scheduled meets
• mentor and collaborate with assistant coaches
• communicate with athletes, parents, and staff.
