It supports safe, organized care through patient mobility and daily-living assistance, observation and reporting, documentation, and administrative support under clinical supervision.

What you'll do

• Maintain department cleanliness
• assist with patient transfers and mobility, compression garments, dressing removal, and activities of daily living as assigned
• observe skin integrity and report concerns
• may assist with catheter and IV removal and phlebotomy within scope
• document patient data and care
• support unit supplies and records
• answer and prioritize administrative calls
• follow isolation and blood-borne pathogen precautions and safety procedures.
