What you'll do

• Manage VoIP user setup, phone provisioning, call routing, number porting and troubleshooting
• configure Ricoh copiers for network printing, scanning and scan-to-email
• install and support software for Ricoh multifunction devices
• manage and troubleshoot EKM DCA monitoring software
• assist field technicians with network, printing, scanning and software issues
• troubleshoot connectivity with customers and their IT departments
• assist with installations, migrations and technical project planning. Some local travel to customer sites may be required.
