What you'll do

• Train department staff with department leadership
• model compliance with facility policies and procedures
• report unresolved concerns
• administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• assist with medication ordering
• transcribe, document, and implement physician orders
• collect data for nursing assessments
• provide shift reports and communicate essential information
• review resident assignments and confirm completion
• assist with orientation and on-the-job training
• notify leadership, physicians, and families about changes in resident condition or incidents
• perform other assigned duties to support resident care.
