What you'll do

• Advise on securities laws, SEC regulations, FINRA rules, and related financial products
• support contract terms, negotiations, licensing, and data provisioning
• draft and update policies, procedures, terms, and trading rules
• represent OG.com on matters with the SEC
• review marketing and educational materials for compliance
• coordinate with external counsel on applicable laws and regulations.
