What you'll do

• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
• obtain and track authorizations
• submit and follow up on claims
• resolve billing edits, rejections, and denials
• track patient balances and payments
• reconcile records and support accounts receivable reporting
• communicate with patients and coordinate with staff
• maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
