Project Manager — Construction Site Development

What you'll do

• Assist with preconstruction bids and project budgets
• prepare and monitor construction schedules
• conduct site visits to assess progress and anticipate problems
• monitor budgets and take corrective action
• track milestones, costs, quality, and risks
• review completed work against drawings and specifications
• lead client and subcontractor meetings
• serve as primary client contact
• maintain client relationships and cultivate new clients
• liaise between office and field.
