What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• lead the host stand
• manage reservations, waitlists, walk-ins and seating
• coordinate seating across dining room, rooftop and lounge areas
• support and direct service assistants and porters based on front-of-house needs
• support opening and closing tasks
• communicate with managers and service staff
• answer phones and guest inquiries
• address concerns and involve management when appropriate
• maintain an organized host stand
• promote events and seasonal features when appropriate.
