Assistant General Manager

What you'll do

• Direct daily operations according to school procedures
• assist the general manager and department managers with daily tasks
• manage staff productivity and employee satisfaction
• train and oversee aquatics and private-party staff
• support class scheduling, student progress, customer service, and training
• provide sales and marketing training
• oversee retail and vending
• use Links software for bookings, scheduling, reporting, and administration
• maintain safe and sanitary pool operations
• oversee the Emergency Action Plan and safety training.

Why this role

Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and first aid certifications required; high school diploma or GED required. Experience as a certified lifeguard, youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor, and/or childcare provider required; management experience preferred.
