The Caregiver position is onsite in Crawford, TN, providing personalized in-home care. Pay is $16.00–$17.45 per hour. Stand Out Home Care serves private-pay clients and people receiving services through VA and CHOICES programs, helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Caregivers support clients’ daily routines and individualized care plans through personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, and household tasks. They also report changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate team member.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide medication reminders, companionship, supervision, errands, and daily-routine assistance
• follow individualized care plans
• maintain a safe home environment
• report changes in client condition.
